I the last six weeks I placed multiple orders with Holyart. They all arrived safely and in good time as I was promised, thank you. The packing were brilliant as I had too many items. I was very much impressed by the customer service. I made at least twenty phone calls during that time, on various issues. They were extremely good, good listeners, kind-hearted, very polite, welcoming, cordial, gracious, competent, HONEST and understanding. I had no problems and no worries whatsoever after speaking to the customers service. All the articles were exactly as you see them on your website. The pictures of the items displayed and the descriptions were precisely the same. I want to congratulate them on something which was an extra bonus, their spoken and written English was remarkable for which I am grateful to them all. Do you need any improvement in you service? The answer is not al all. Please keep it they way it is! From the beginning to the end it is the best service I have come across. I have already recommended you to my friends and our church will certainly continue to do business with you.

When I order something from a new company the first time I am worried I won't receive the product and there will be no way of contacting the company. I received my ring yesterday and it was in great condition. I really like it and I wasn't sure since I couldn't try it on, but the ring matched the info on web site and the sizing information worked perfectly for me. Happy with the quality of the items

My order arrived on time and was as described. The pricing in GBP was clear on the website. I was happy with the quality of the items and was very impressed with the accurate sizing of the clerical shirt. My experience when ordering items made in Italy is that I might need to order a size larger than usual but the shirt was just right. I experienced no problem placing my order The price charged was exactly as stated The parcel arrived very quickly The item was well packed and protected for transit and arrived in perfect condition The statue of Saint Benedict that I ordered was to replace an identical one that I was given as a gift some 30 years ago. It was damaged beyond repair by some workmen in my home and I had been looking for a replacement for some time. I was thrilled to find exactly the same statue at such a reasonable price.
