I ordered an item, and off the start, was immediately given a 20% discount as a new customer. There was an issue with the item I ordered being in stock, and customer service stayed in touch with me to maybe provide a replacement item, but the item finally came into stock and was shipped. I appreciated the responsiveness.

Très bonne expérience avec Holy Art À chaque achat, j’ai toujours reçu des réponses rapides et claires à mes questions, que ce soit par chat, téléphone ou email. Le service client est vraiment fiable et à l’écoute. Les produits sont toujours très bien emballés, même pour des objets fragiles comme le verre ou des articles plus délicats. Tout arrive en parfait état. Les avis sur les produits sont aussi très utiles pour mieux comprendre les matériaux et faire le bon choix. Enfin, les offres proposées à certains moments sont intéressantes et permettent de faire des achats utiles à bon prix. Je recommande sans hésitation.

I recently purchased a wall frame of Jesus with His disciples from Holyart and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. The artwork is absolutely beautiful and the level of detail is impressive. When I first saw it online I liked it, but when it arrived it honestly looked even better in person. The frame itself is very well made and feels strong and high quality. The image of Jesus with His disciples creates a very peaceful and spiritual atmosphere in my home and it truly feels like a meaningful piece rather than just decoration. Das Porto liegt zwar etwas höher aber bei dem tollen Sortiment zahlt sich das aus! Das umfangreiche Angebot erspart einem, bei mehreren Shops ordern zu müssen, was in Summe viel höhere Portokosten bedeutet.

Last fall I ordered an olive wood nativity scene. After placing the order, I noticed an even more suitable nativity scene. I ordered that too and asked to cancel the first order. This was done and I got my money back quickly. The nativity scene served as Herod's palace as part of a small Christmas theme.

Pleasantly surprised with incense scented with Lady of Medjugorje, beautiful I ordered 4 different scents from Holyart and they are all excellent and I am satisfied with all of them as well as with the delivery which did not take long and without any problems. The incense I ordered is excellent, because I have already had bad experiences with other shops where the incense smelled like plastic and I had to return them.

Si resta incantati a guardare queste due icone luminose! A causa di un trasporto maldestro e poco rispettoso del contenuto, l'angelo purtroppo e' arrivato lesionato e non si accendeva, ho prontamenre informato via email il servizio di assistenza clienti che prontamente mi ha inviato, (cambiando corriere) un nuovo articolo in garanzia,questa volta intatto e funzionante!
