La generosità, assieme all'alta professionalità e il rapporto di amicizia con il quale trattate i vostri clienti, sono sempre stati, (e lo continuano ad essere), il più bel biglietto da visita che una azienda può presentare. Tengo costumbre de comprar en Internet porque ahorro tiempo y me resulta más económico. El único problema es que, por desgracia, los suministradores, muy a menudo, o envían productos que se parecen poco a las fotografías de sus catálogos, o cuando envían el pedido ha pasado ya demasiado tiempo (probablemente por no tener existencias y tener que fabricarlo), o mal embalados, o las condiciones económicas difieren de las publicadas en su documentación. Recientemente compré en Holyart dos atriles para libros sobre columnas salomónicas que en el catálogo parecían bonitos. Su valor era superior a los 500 Euros. Mi sorpresa fue que a las 72 horas ya me estaba telefoneando la agencia de transportes para anunciarme el envío y la entrega del gran paquete. Los atriles llegaron en perfectas condiciones de embalaje. Pero la gran sorpresa fue que los atriles eran maravillosos, de una madera de gran calidad, muy bien construidos de tal forma que resultaban mucho más hermosos que en el prospecto comercial… ¡asombroso! Debo de confesar que nunca he tratado con una empresa que reuniera tan buenas cualidades de profesionalidad, calidad, seriedad y eficiencia.

Hello Francesca thank you for my order which I received today, very fast service. The rosary is very beautiful. However, it did not come with the certificate of authenticity stated on your website. Dear SA, thank you so much for your reply and your information. Actually the English translation is quite ambiguous so I will amend it shortly. Actually there is no paper certificate of authenticity in the box. Silver authenticity is assured by the punching on the cross and medal and the Swarovsky authenticity is assured by the paper label on the rosary. Supplier under his responsibility assure it is real Swarovski. Paper certificate is not required each row material supply from Swarovsky. It is possible to have it but it takes time. If you need it please let me know and I will apply for it. Have a nice day

To cut a long story short: everything went smooth, transparent and fine. And that goes for the placing of the order, the website, the prompted amounts and everything. The shipping time was somewhat mysterious - to be understood in a way that it appears mysterious for me to receive the parcel that fast. Great Job! The product itself is great (what is the reason why I took the "risk" to buy it abroad - my local dealer was out of stock.) If there is anything to mention: It is a little difficult to find the link how to change the language selection of holyart.it (to click an italian flag to change to english is a little tricky for me) You have some problems with the german "umlaute" - you know these ä, ö and ü - within your german order confirmation and welcome mail. But this is just complaining on an already very high level. Keep up the good work.

Salve a tutti, riguardo all'ordine fatto: il corriere è stato veloce, 1 giorno 1/2 dopo il pacco era già a casa. I bracciali a molla rosari con quello che avevo chiesto (cioè la crociera con la Medaglia Miracolosa) era proprio quella. Sappiate che ho chiesto 30 rosari (5 di ogni codice diverso) e sono stati confezionati dalla fioraia per formare la bomboniera per il battesimo di mio figlio. E' piaciuto tanto, anzi tantissimo; tanto che ogni famiglia voleva una o due in più. Comunque la vostra disponibilità è eccezionale ed io sono stata veramente contenta. The rosary beads and case were for my daughter's First Holy Communion and they are beautiful. My daughter is over the moon with them.
